Imagine: John Lennon

Documentary film about

John Lennon

‘Imagine: John Lennon’ was drawn from an unbelievably rich treasure of visual material: more than 240 hours of film and video recordings from the personal collection of the legendary musician, images that for the most part have never been publicly shown before. Producers David L. Wolper and Andrew Solt (who together made ‘This Is Elvis‘) transform the archive footage – and a monumental soundtrack with 36 songs – into the compelling story of a complex, fascinating man. Lennon’s own voice serves as a narrator of this classic film collage.
